Excellent website. Very informative and easy to navigate around - a lot of work there.
One query - on distinguishing between what appear to be two 'home' pages. That is:
http://www.transitionnc.org/?q=node/1
which is the 'home' page of the site, called up from the 'home' links, but then on the left nav column, there's a link to the 'new website' at:
http://www.transitionnc.org/ which calls up a page with the identical layout but with a 'comments' central column.
It's rather confusing and maybe one version should have a colourway change or banner variation.
