I agree with with Mikqs' comment - It's not so much about who is to blame or what caused what, as to okay so what are we going to do about it?
So can we go the route of the final paragraph?
I've now read the other posts....
I know a web designer who is having a look at the site and who is happy to offer comments &/or suggestions on how we can move it forward and cater for a wider audience.
