I was trying to achieve just that by creating a separate section for each of the larger Parishes. Any number of topics can be created under each Parish forum.
In the 'all parishes' forum, there are several topics, mostly initiated by myself. However, anyone can create new topics, if the existing do not adequatly cover the range of information to be published.
If you wish, you might like to start a topic on 'Transition Solutions' or whatever you believe is most appropriate.
As new people join the website, hopefully more and more of the content will come from users, rather than from myself.
