Come and spend the weekend with an experienced Hedgelayer and learn all the skills needed to lay your own hedge to a proffessional standard, or to just gain the skill.
On a community run farm in North Cornwall which over looks the sea and is only 3 miles from Crackington Haven Beach.
You can either stay on site and join in with the community meals or we can help you find local B&B's to stay at
If you have your own tools, please bring them along. But tools can be provided.
You will need warm clothes and sturdy waterproof boots and working gloves.
Trelay Farm Hedge Laying Courses
Mark has many years experience in Hedgelaying and Trelay farm is hosting 3 weekend courses where you can come and work along side Mark to gain the skills needed to lay hedges in the traditional way.
3 weekends are available January 22-23, February 26-27 and March 26-27 (arriving on Friday night to begin on Sturday morning)
Basic Accomodation is available on site for an additional charge or we can put you in touch with local B&B's
The courses will be run with a maximum of 8 people costing £50 per person for the 2 days, this will include a soup lunch.
You may also have a main meal in the community dinning room for an additional charge of £5 per person
