Surfers Against Sewage Annual Spring Beach Cleans
Surfers Against Sewage (SAS) are calling all beach lovers to join us to welcome in spring on the weekend of the 27th and 28th of February at our spring beach cleans being held at beaches all over the UK. Sadly we are all far too familiar with how the litter piles up over the long, stormy, tourist free winter months but together we can make a real and noticeable difference.
You and your friends can also help halt the tide-line of trash by calling on Gordon Brown to protect our coastline by implementing a National Marine Litter Strategy. Join SAS's online petition now (http://petitions.number10.gov.uk/marine-litter/ )
SAS spring cleans in Cornwall will be held at the following beach: Porthtowan Beach, Cornwall. On the 27th of February from 10.30am
