10Feb2010: Climate Change & farming
Climate Change: Challenge or opportunity? The NFU, Farming Futures and Farming and Wildlife Advisory Group (FWAG) are organising a Climate Change Trade Fair on 10th February at Exeter racecourse to help agricultural businesses discover how they can save and profit by acting on climate change. Trade stands will offer agricultural business practical solutions to farm energy and resource management issues and advice will be available on grants, finance and planning. There will also be training seminars led by local experts on water resources, renewable energy, energy efficiency, optimising muck and soil management.
If you are a business that offers products or services to help farmers tackle climate change issues and would be interested in having a trade stand at the event, please also see the attached trade stand flyer and booking form.
