Council Leaders Pay should reflect the average Cornish Wage

Background Information:
I would like to see Cornwall Councils senior counselors receive a wage that reflects the wages paid to other Cornish wage earners. I believe their current wages far, far exceed those of the average Cornish Administrator and therefore they have no idea what it's like to actually live and work in Cornwall with a 'normal' Cornish wage.
Your Petition:
We, the undersigned, call on Cornwall Council to reduce dramatically the wages paid to it's senior counselors.
