Standard cavity wall and loft insulation, under a scheme managed by Community Energy Plus, is now FREE TO ALL HOME OWNERS AND PRIVATE TENANTS - not just to people of a certain age or on certain benefits. There would only be a small charge if you have an exceptionally large loft or no loft hatch. They will come and do a survey and then install the insulation for FREE!
